Mindful Nature Pathway Program
An 8-week course* exploring a deeper sense of connection between ourselves and the nature around us, creating heightened awareness and powerful insights toward pro-environmental behaviour. Mindful Nature Kids Program
A 30-week course for teachers to teach children from grades 1-6 exploring mindfulness and the environment. The curriculum covers the key elements of mindfulness, awakening the senses, animals and insects, relationships in nature, neuroscience and functions of the brain, ocean life, climate awareness, arctic circle, kindness and happiness.
