The body can heal itself however sometimes through injury, illness, trauma or emotional stress, imbalance s may occur. Consequently, the body doesn’t function effectively, blockages cause congestion and stress starts to impact on our emotional happiness and well-being. Hazel works holistically and intuitively on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels to redress the balance and explore underlying emotional issues that limit expansion to bring a sense of wholeness and peace and a plan for the way forward.The Main Principles of Health Interventions

Mindfulness Based Stress Management
An 8-week course covering mindfulness theory and practice in releasing yourself from unwanted mood states and negative thinking, anxiety and emotional distress. It includes neuroscientific knowledge and meditation practices in understanding being states of mind, perceptions of stress, mindful movement, dealing with difficulty, stressful communications and self-care.
Neuro-study skills for students
Many students have learned techniques for studying however this workshop takes a holistic view of preparation and mind set using neuroscience and mindfulness to understand how the brain functions and operates optimally, the barriers to focusing, how the body can reach peak performance and explores how to overcome issues of overload, procrastination and stress.
